The
Walworth Initiative
Through the Walworth Initiative, UBS aim to progressively improve their holdings
on Walworth Estate, including the provision of social amenities comprising
Convenience Stores and Creche facilities, to provide a working environment
for the 21st Century.
UBS
hold the accommodation on a variety of long term Ground Leases from the Freeholder,
Test Valley Bourough Council, who are working with UBS to promote the revitalisation
of this floor space through the Walworth Initiative.
