substantially redeveloping 300,000 sq ft of B1, B2 and B8 buildings on the
Walworth Industrial Estate, Andover.
The project is being carried out through the award winning UBS Triton Property
Fund under the supervision of Development Managers
Frobisher Ltd.
UBS
in conjunction with Frobisher, have carried out various similar high profile
schemes at Ampress Park in Lymington, Kenwood Business Park in Havant, Testwood
Park in Totton and Hilsea Lines Industrial Estate in Portsmouth.
